SHIPPING

We only ship in The Netherlands and Europe.
All items are shipped by Track and Trace of PostNL service within 3-7 days. 
The price of the delivery depends on the size, weight and destination of the parcel.
- If you live outside Europe and want to order something.
- If you live in Amsterdam or nearby, and you want to pick up your order by yourself.

RETURNS POLICY

Of course we hope that you are satisfied with your ordered item, but if you are not satisfied with the ordered item you can return the item.

The step-by-step plan for returning items:

1. Returns can be made up to 14 days from the receipt of the product


2. On the condition that the product is: 


  • unused and unwashed.
  • not damaged.
  • in its original packaging or any other solid carton box.
  • securely taped.


Unfortunately, we cannot credit returns that are not carefully packed and/or damaged


3. Please report your return notification in advance to info@tonysheartware.com

5. To return items, please complete our Refund Form, package your items carefully and send them to us at the following address:

6. Please return unwanted or incorrect items in perfect, resalable condition ( see point 2 for details) for a full refund.

You will be liable for the cost of returning the item.


7. After approval of your return we will refund the amount within 10 working days. 

Tony’s Heartware doesn’t return the shipping costs.
